Digital Marketing Specialist ( Lisbon)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Start Dates: March - April
Full-Time | On-Site

We are looking for experienced Digital Marketing Specialists with a strong background in paid campaign management to join an international performance-driven team in Lisbon.

If you have hands-on experience optimizing campaigns and analyzing performance data, this opportunity is for you.

What Youll Do

• Support and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs
• Use Google Analytics for tracking and reporting
• Ensure campaigns align with business goals
• Work in a structured, target-oriented environment

Languages Required

Fluency in one of the following:

• Brazilian Portuguese (European Portuguese not accepted)
• Arabic
• Dutch
• French
• Spanish
• German

Additionally - Professional level of English

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience in paid campaign management
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
• Currently based in Lisbon

Working Schedule

Initial phase:
Two fixed shifts between 07:00 – 19:00 (Mon–Sun)
Later phase:
24/7 rotational schedule (2 days off per week)
Flexibility for rotational shifts is required.
