Czech-speaking Account Executive | Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team based in Madrid, Spain.

Location

• Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)
• Permanent Contract

Compensation

• €30,000 gross annual base salary
   

• Uncapped commission plan

   

• Monthly target commission of €600, with performance multipliers:

  • 80% target: 1.3x commission
  • 100% target: 2x commission
  • 150%+ target: 3x commission 

• Top performers also benefit from quarterly commission accelerators, offering even higher earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct product demos and client meetings.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Native/Fluent Czech and strong English.
• 1–6 years of experience in Sales, BDR, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Call Center.
• Comfortable with cold calling and KPI-driven environments.
• Currently residing in Spain.
