Salary: €1,000 gross x14 months
About the Role
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a professional team in Porto.
This role is ideal for candidates with solid customer service experience, preferably within the travel industry, who thrive in structured environments and value high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels

Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and service-related issues

Requirements

Fluent French (C1–C2)

English C1 level (business proficiency – written and spoken)

Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferably in the travel industry)

Mandatory: High School Diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
