Sales Director — Middle East & Africa | Drones & Intelligent Equipment

Location: Middle East or Africa
Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: 160,000 – 330,000 EUR per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy across the Middle East & Africa region

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including client development, tender participation, negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection

  • Build and expand a regional partner ecosystem including distributors, system integrators, and strategic partners

  • Develop and lead a regional sales organization (20+ people) to support large-scale market expansion

  • Drive government and enterprise-level business development across the region (B2G and B2B)

  • Identify and close large strategic deals and long-term contracts

  • Monitor regulatory changes, regional policies, and market developments to adapt the commercial strategy

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B or B2G sales experience in the Middle East & Africa region

  • Strong existing network with governments and enterprises across MEA

  • Experience in drones, intelligent equipment, or industrial technology sectors

  • Proven experience managing large sales teams (20+ people)

  • Demonstrated success closing large-scale strategic deals

  • Deep understanding of local business cultures, procurement processes, and regulations across MEA

  • Fluent English and/or Arabic as working languages
