Danish Customer Service Representative – Braga (Remote)

We are currently hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative for a remote opportunity based in Braga, Portugal.

Location

Braga, Portugal – Remote position
(No relocation support provided)

Start Date

5th March 2026

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• 08:00 – 17:00

• Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

Main Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, and/or chat

• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution

• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels

• Accurately document customer interactions

Requirements

• Fluent Danish (C1/C2 level)

• Good communication skills

• Customer service experience is a plus

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory – no relocation support)

Salary & Benefits

• 1500€ gross x14 months

• 80€ complexity bonus x11 months

• Stable weekday schedule
