Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Contract Type: Full-time (On-site)
Languages: Slovenian (C2), English (B2+)
Salary: 3,700 BGN gross / month
Working Hours: Rotational shifts

Role Overview
We are looking for a service-driven and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to support Slovenian-speaking customers for a premium lifestyle and consumer brand.
You will be based on-site in Sofia, delivering personalized support for digital products and services, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Slovenian

Support customers with account-related requests, product guidance, order status, and basic device troubleshooting

Ensure full compliance with brand, quality, and regulatory standards, including strict age-verification procedures

Accurately document all customer interactions in English within internal CRM systems

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required

Stay up to date with product updates, campaigns, and support processes

Work flexibly across rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
Ideal Candidate Profile

Native or C2-level fluency in Slovenian

English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable using digital tools and supporting electronic products

Previous experience in customer support, retail, or consumer-focused roles is an advantage
