Your Role

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Slovenian
• Support with account management, product information, order tracking, and device troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with brand and age-verification policies
• Accurately document interactions in English within internal CRM systems
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions or escalate when necessary
• Work flexible rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends

Working Schedule

Rotational shifts within the following hours: Monday to Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00 / Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00

Candidate Requirements

• Native or C2-level Slovenian (mandatory) + English B2+
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using digital tools and supporting electronic devices
• Previous experience in customer support, retail, or consumer goods is a plus
• Professional, detail-oriented, and empathetic approach
