Sales Support Specialist – Dutch

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work model: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
Start Date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday–Friday | 09:00 – 18:00

We are hiring a Sales Support Specialist to support the Dutch-speaking market within an international sales environment.

What the Role Looks Like

  • Prepare and validate Revenue Recognition data for client sign-off

  • Follow up with internal Operations teams to ensure accurate revenue categorization

  • Monitor revenue (actuals & scheduled billings), quoting tool status, and sales pipeline to identify gaps or duplications

  • Support Sales Management with accurate forecasting and clean pipeline outlooks

  • Conduct daily and weekly pipeline hygiene checks; follow up on missing close plans or overdue opportunities

  • Investigate and reconcile billing and invoicing issues, including disputes, credits, and adjustments

  • Support forecasting processes by joining or leading closing calls and tracking deal progression

  • Manage support tickets related to pricing, quoting tools, and billing escalations

  • Collaborate proactively with Quoting, Finance, and Sales teams to resolve deal-related issues

  • Generate and distribute reports on pipeline hygiene and billing readiness in CRM

Requirements

  • Dutch: Native / Fluent level required

  • English: Professional working proficiency

  • Experience in Sales Support, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams

Salary

  • Gross salary: 3,658 BGN
