Job Description

We are looking for a German-speaking Content Moderator to join an international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content according to platform policies

  • Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency when evaluating content

  • Maintain quality and productivity standards

  • Follow internal moderation procedures and policies

Requirements

  • Fluent German

  • Good level of English

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Emotional resilience and ability to handle sensitive material

Working Hours

24/7 rotational shifts
Monday – Sunday
2 rotational days off

Salary & Bonus

1100€ gross salary (paid over 14 months)
100€ complexity bonus (paid over 11 months)

Contract

6-month fixed-term contract (CDD)
