As a Chiffreur, you will be responsible for preparing technical and financial estimates for building technology projects. You will manage project files from initial analysis through to quotation submission.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting technical studies and reviewing project documentation

• Requesting and analyzing supplier quotations

• Performing cost calculations and preparing detailed estimates

• Collaborating closely with HVAC and solar project managers for smooth project handover

• Managing authorization requests and subsidy applications at municipal, cantonal, and federal levels

• Traveling to construction sites across French-speaking Switzerland when required

Required Profile

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in commercial employment or a technical building trade

• 3–5 years of experience as a Chiffreur or in a similar estimating role within the building technology sector

• Professional experience in Switzerland

• Technical knowledge in plumbing and/or heating systems (strong asset)

• Native French speaker or excellent command of French

• Proficiency in standard office tools; knowledge of Abacus is a strong advantage

• Organized, autonomous, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

• Able to handle urgent situations professionally
