B2B Sales Engineer – Hebrew

Location: Bulgaria
Work model: Remote (with a possible move to Hybrid in the future)
Start Date: ASAP
Working hours: Monday–Friday | 09:00 – 18:00

We are hiring a B2B Sales Engineer to support the Hebrew-speaking market within an international, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend customer meetings and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations (on-site and remote)

  • Provide technical expertise to support solution-based selling and sales goals

  • Prepare technical proposals and presentations to support sales activities

  • Analyze customer needs and develop competitive solution strategies

  • Advise customers and internal sales teams on technical aspects of products and services

  • Deliver technical trainings when required

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and recommend enhancements

  • Maintain consistent follow-up on sales opportunities and customer inquiries

  • Handle objections and manage competitive pressures to retain customers

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships with decision-makers

Requirements

  • Hebrew: Native / Fluent level required

  • English: Professional working proficiency

  • Experience in B2B Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Solution Selling

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value

Salary & Bonus

  • Base salary: 4,633 BGN gross

  • Target bonus: 1,725 BGN per quarter
