About the Role

We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Renewals Specialist to join a growing cloud solutions team in the Málaga area.

This role focuses on managing renewals, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting customer growth within a cloud technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure renewals and identify new customer growth opportunities

• Maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities

• Collaborate with sales agents, solution specialists, and partner teams

• Monitor and manage pipeline performance

• Support close plan execution and update stakeholders

• Connect customers with best-fit cloud solutions

• Track key performance indicators and run rates

Requirements

• Native or proficient Norwegian (C1–C2)

• Fluent English

• 3–6+ years of experience in technology sales or business development

• Experience in partner ecosystems and technical sales environments (preferred)

• Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning

• Knowledge of security, identity, and compliance in cloud/hybrid environments (preferred)

• Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics preferred)

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
