Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

This role is heavily focused on outbound sales, especially cold calling, and is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in sales while working with mid-market and enterprise clients.

Your primary goal will be to generate qualified meetings and drive pipeline growth.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and approach potential customers within the construction ecosystem
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Communicate the value of data-driven, AI-based sales solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
  • Navigate complex organizational structures (mid-market & enterprise)
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline targets

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

  • German (C2) and English (B2+)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High motivation and resilience

Profile:

  • Entry-level or recent graduate
  • Previous experience via internship or working student role in sales/commercial environment is a plus
  • Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance and commission
