Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
This role is heavily focused on outbound sales, especially cold calling, and is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in sales while working with mid-market and enterprise clients.
Your primary goal will be to generate qualified meetings and drive pipeline growth.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and approach potential customers within the construction ecosystem
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team
- Communicate the value of data-driven, AI-based sales solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
- Navigate complex organizational structures (mid-market & enterprise)
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline targets
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
- German (C2) and English (B2+)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High motivation and resilience
Profile:
- Entry-level or recent graduate
- Previous experience via internship or working student role in sales/commercial environment is a plus
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance and commission
