About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive with Italian and English to join a leading global technology project. This role focuses on client retention, account growth, and reactivation of existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and experience managing customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
Identify opportunities to increase customer investment and engagement
Reactivate inactive accounts and drive retention initiatives
Apply value-based selling techniques to achieve business objectives
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their business needs
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences

Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English
Previous experience in sales is mandatory
Experience in retention, reactivation, digital advertising, social media, or technology sales is highly preferred
Understanding of sales strategies and the sales pipeline
Experience in customer service, sales, or outsourcing environments
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven mindset

Relocation Package
Up to €250 travel reimbursement after 6 months with the company
10 nights of hotel accommodation upon arrival (breakfast included)
Relocation advance payment to support initial expenses
