About the Role
We are looking for a driven Account Manager to manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities within a niche healthcare software environment.
You will take ownership of a warm portfolio while actively contributing to new business development and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients (hospitals & care facilities)
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through CRM and data analysis
- Present and demo software solutions (online & on-site)
- Prepare, follow up, and close commercial offers
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and technical teams
- Participate in sales campaigns and initiatives
- Conduct occasional client visits (~15% travel)
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years B2B sales / account management experience
- Proven track record in closing deals
- Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proactive, structured, and customer-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with phone-based sales and hybrid work
- Fluent German (C1+ / C2 preferred)
