About the Role

We are looking for a driven Account Manager to manage and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities within a niche healthcare software environment.

You will take ownership of a warm portfolio while actively contributing to new business development and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients (hospitals & care facilities)
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through CRM and data analysis
  • Present and demo software solutions (online & on-site)
  • Prepare, follow up, and close commercial offers
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM data
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and technical teams
  • Participate in sales campaigns and initiatives
  • Conduct occasional client visits (~15% travel)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years B2B sales / account management experience
  • Proven track record in closing deals
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proactive, structured, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with phone-based sales and hybrid work
  • Fluent German (C1+ / C2 preferred)

Nice to have:

  • SaaS / software sales experience
  • Healthcare / hospital domain exposure
