We are currently looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Braga, Portugal.

Location: Braga, Portugal
Work Model: Remote (must be based in Braga)
Relocation: Not provided

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• 08:00 – 17:00

• Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

Salary & Benefits

• 1500€ x 14 months

• 80€ x 11 months (Complexity Bonus)

Requirements

• Danish C1/C2 level (mandatory)

• Good English level

• Strong communication skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
