German Customer Service Representative (Remote – Portugal)

Looking for a fully remote opportunity in Portugal? We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international team!

Location: Remote (Portugal mainland)
Position: German Customer Service

What you will do:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide efficient and professional support while resolving issues
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet quality targets

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM (rotational shifts), 2 days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

Requirements:

• German (C2 or native) & good English
• Based in Portugal (mainland)
• EU passport or valid work permit (no visa sponsorship)

What we offer:

• Base salary: €1010 x14 months
• Complexity bonus: €140 x11 months
• Daily meal allowance
