Start date: 15 February 2026
Working hours: Monday – Friday | Between 09:00 – 18:30
Shift type: 8-hour shifts
Work model: On-site
Candidates: Local or still abroad
Salary (Hourly – CCA Rates)

Month 1: €5.60 / hour

Month 2: €8.10 / hour

After probation: €8.50 / hour

After 12 months: €8.75 / hour (performance-based)

After 18 months: €9.20 / hour (performance-based)
Additional Benefits

Performance bonus: up to €2,000 per year (paid quarterly, eligible after 6 months)

Language allowance: €250 / month (after training)

Relocation allowance: €2,000 (paid after 1 month of employment)
Role description
Provide customer support for airline passengers via phone and digital channels. Assist with bookings, flight changes, inquiries, and general customer requests while ensuring a high-quality service experience.
Requirements

German: C2 level
-
English: C1 level
-
Customer service or contact centre experience is a plus

Willingness to work on-site in Malta

EU work permit or eligibility to work in Malta
