Customer Service Representative (Austrian German) – On-Site | Lisbon

Base Salary: €1,100 gross x14 months
Complexity Bonus: €100 x11 months

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Austrian German (C2/Native level) to join an international team in Lisbon.

You will provide high-quality support to customers while ensuring professional and efficient case handling.

Important: Standard German is NOT accepted for this role. Candidates must speak Austrian German at a native/C2 level.

Working Schedule

  • 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday)

  • 2 rotative days off per week

Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues

  • Ensure accurate case documentation

  • Follow internal policies and quality standards

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Native / C2 Austrian German (mandatory)

  • Good command of English (B2+)

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work rotational 24/7 shifts
