Base Salary: €1,100 gross x14 months
Complexity Bonus: €100 x11 months
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Austrian German (C2/Native level) to join an international team in Lisbon.
You will provide high-quality support to customers while ensuring professional and efficient case handling.
Important: Standard German is NOT accepted for this role. Candidates must speak Austrian German at a native/C2 level.
Working Schedule

24/7 rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday)

2 rotative days off per week
Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues

Ensure accurate case documentation

Follow internal policies and quality standards

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements

Native / C2 Austrian German (mandatory)

Good command of English (B2+)

Previous customer service experience is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work rotational 24/7 shifts
