Job Description

We are looking for a German-speaking Account Manager to join a dynamic team in Barcelona. In this role, you will focus on customer success, retention, and account optimization, supporting clients while helping them improve performance and grow their business.

You will build strong relationships with customers, optimize account performance, and identify opportunities for growth through product and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Success

  • Provide ongoing support and relationship management for new and existing clients

  • Build strong long-term partnerships and ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Proactively address client questions, concerns, and needs

  • Support clients in optimizing account performance and improving service quality

Pipeline Management

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and monitor account performance

  • Use CRM and customer success tools to track progress and manage workflows

  • Meet outreach targets and engagement KPIs

  • Ensure consistent progress toward client growth and retention goals

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and operational improvements

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver the best results

  • Stay updated on industry trends and new tools

  • Participate in training, development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

  • C2 level of German and proficient English

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to work in a performance-driven environment

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar tools)

  • Background in hospitality, property management, or related industries

Salary & Benefits

  • From 23.876,19 € (minimum) up to 30.000,00 €(maximum) base salary gross/year
  • Up to €3,50, maximum bonus up to 4.290,00 € performance bonus/year
