Job Description

We are looking for a Flemish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a dynamic team supporting customers in the automotive industry. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries and ensure a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat

• Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

• Fluent Flemish

• Good level of English

• Previous Customer Service or Sales experience

• Experience with luxury brands is a plus

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
09:00 – 18:00 (39h/week)
