We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic team in Porto. In this role, you will provide support to customers, handle inquiries, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Follow internal procedures and service standards
Requirements

Fluent French

English B2 level

Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry

High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent) is mandatory

Excellent communication skills

Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 17:00
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Salary
1000€ gross salary (paid over 14 months)
