Job Description
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a team in Lisbon. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries and provide support related to digital marketing and web-related topics while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat

Assist customers with inquiries related to digital tools and services

Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements

Fluent German

Good level of English

Experience or knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)

Working Hours
Sunday – Friday
05:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: Saturday + 1 rotational day

Transportation support: Uber reimbursement up to 25€ for early shifts starting at 05:00
Salary & Bonus
1100€ gross salary (paid over 14 months)
180€ complexity bonus (paid over 11 months)
Contract
Fixed-term contract (CDD) – 6 months
