Job Description

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a team in Lisbon. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries and provide support related to digital marketing and web-related topics while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to digital tools and services

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Fluent German

  • Good level of English

  • Experience or knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset

Working Hours

Sunday – Friday
05:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)

Days Off: Saturday + 1 rotational day

  • Transportation support: Uber reimbursement up to 25€ for early shifts starting at 05:00

Salary & Bonus

1100€ gross salary (paid over 14 months)
180€ complexity bonus (paid over 11 months)

Fixed-term contract (CDD) – 6 months
