Role Overview:
Work as a customer support representative helping Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat. Youll provide accurate support, resolve issues, and contribute to strong customer experiences for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer queries and provide solutions in Dutch.

  • Communicate with customers through email, chat, or phone.

  • Document interactions and collaborate with the team to improve service.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level).

  • Good English skills (B2 level or higher).

  • Right to work in Portugal (EU work permit or similar).

  • Communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
