Customer Support Agent (Croatian + English) – On-Site | Athens

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-Site (Remote possible after 9 weeks based on performance)
Start Date: 20 March 2026
Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Salary: €1,200 gross/month

About the Role

We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Agent to join a dynamic and international team in Athens.

You will provide high-quality customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support via phone, email, and/or chat

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

  • Maintain accurate documentation of cases

  • Follow internal procedures and quality standards

  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent Croatian (C1–C2)

  • Good command of English (B2+)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends

  • Customer-focused mindset

Work Model

  • On-site for the first 9 weeks

  • Afterward, remote work may be considered depending on performance and readiness
