Job Description
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a team in Lisbon. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities

Requirements

Fluent Dutch

Good level of English

Minimum 6 months of previous customer service experience

Working Hours
Monday – Friday (including bank holidays)
07:30 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: Weekends
Salary & Bonus
1100€ gross salary (paid over 14 months)
100€ performance bonus (paid over 11 months)
100€ complexity bonus (paid over 11 months)
Contract
Fixed-term contract (CDD) – 6 months
