Customer Support Agent (Dutch + English) – On-Site | Athens

Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-Site
Start Date: 27 March 2026
Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 00:00 (rotational shifts)
Salary: €1,500 gross/month

About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team in Athens.

In this role, you will provide high-quality customer service while working in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat

  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and account-related questions

  • Ensure accurate case documentation

  • Maintain service quality and performance standards

  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch (C1–C2)

  • Good command of English (B2+)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts (including evenings and weekends)

  • Customer-oriented mindset
