Job Description

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support customers, handle inquiries, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Follow internal procedures and service standards

Requirements

  • Fluent German

  • Good level of English

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Working Hours

Monday – Sunday
Rotational shifts:

  • 08:00 – 17:00

  • 09:00 – 18:00

Days Off: 2 rotational days

Later stage (to be confirmed):

  • 24/7 rotational shifts

Salary & Bonus

1100€ gross salary (paid over 14 months)
100€ complexity bonus (paid over 11 months)

Contract

Fixed-term contract (CDD) – 6 months
