Job Description

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a team in Lisbon (Tejo) supporting the Spanish market. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to financial services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to financial services

  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards

Requirements

  • C2 or fluent Spanish (LATAM candidates can be considered)

  • English B2 level

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (mandatory)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset
