Job Description
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a team in Lisbon (Tejo) supporting the Spanish market. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to financial services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

C2 or fluent Spanish (LATAM candidates can be considered)

English B2 level

Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (mandatory)
