Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Service Agents for international digital environments.
The role involves customer support, service assistance, and user communication in a fast-paced, professional customer service setting.
Salary & Bonuses
- Base salary: 1100€ per 14 months
- Complexity bonus: 100€ per 11 months

General Candidate Profile
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex features or event details clearly and professionally.
- Proven ability to work with several customers at once across different platforms (phone, chat, email, social media) while maintaining high satisfaction.
- Genuinely passionate about motorcycles icoonic brands. Active riders and motorcycle enthusiasts are strongly preferred.
- Previous customer service experiente with knowledge of CRM systems, ticketing tools, or chat platforms is a plus.
