Airline Contact Centre Agent

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 09:00 – 18:30 (8-hour shifts)

About the Role

We are hiring German-speaking Airline Contact Centre Agents to support airline customers from an on-site contact centre in Malta. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service related to bookings, flight changes, and general travel inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and other contact channels

• Assist passengers with reservations, flight changes, cancellations, and general information

• Provide professional customer support in German and English

• Follow internal processes, quality standards, and KPIs

• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving

Requirements

• German language proficiency: C2 (native-level)

• English language proficiency: C1

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work on-site in Malta

• Previous contact centre or customer service experience is an advantage

Salary – Call Centre Agent Rates

• Month 1: €5.60 per hour

• Month 2: €8.10 per hour

• After Probation: €8.50 per hour

• After 12 Months: €8.75 per hour (performance-based)

• After 18 Months: €9.20 per hour (performance-based)
