We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Renewals Specialist to join a growing team in Malaga. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer renewals, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring contract continuity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer contract renewals

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Identify opportunities for account growth and retention

• Ensure a smooth renewal process and high customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs

Requirements

• Fluent Norwegian

• Good level of English

• Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer success

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Customer-oriented mindset
